You are invited to participate in a research study about how to best measure spirituality. Participation is open to anybody aged 18 or over.

Participation should take no longer than 15 minutes and involves completing an online survey where you will answer questions about positive psychological traits, human characteristics, spirituality, and resilient qualities.

There is no payment or reward for participating in this study.

The data collected will be presented in Mr Adams' Honours Dissertation, and may also be presented at academic conferences or published in peer-reviewed journals. Your confidentiality is assured as your data will be stored without reference to your name or other identifying information.

It is also possible that the collected data may be re-analysed in the future and / or used in future, related studies, and the data may be made available in a public repository for others to use in accordance with the Australian National Data Service guidelines.

Should the findings of the study be published, summary data (allowing the reported findings to be verified) will be published at Research Data Australia.  No individual participant will be identified in, or could be identified from, any published report or published dataset from this study.

Participation is anonymous and entirely voluntary. Whether or not you decide to participate is your decision and will not disadvantage you. If you do decide to participate, you may withdraw yourself and your data from the project at any time (prior to submitting your data at the end of your participation), without reason or consequence.
Since participation is anonymous, there is no way of identifying your data once it has been submitted. It is therefore not possible to withdraw from the study after you have submitted your data at the end.
