Whittier Neighborhood Survey

The City of Sioux Falls recently adopted the 2050 Comprehensive Development Plan, which serves as the city’s long-range vision for growth, land use, transportation, housing, infrastructure, and neighborhood development through 2050. A central element of the plan is the creation of Sub-Area Plans, which are intended to guide future planning efforts in specific neighborhoods and corridors by addressing local priorities, opportunities, and challenges.

The City of Sioux Falls, in partnership with the Whittier Neighborhood Association, is conducting a neighborhood survey to better understand the overall quality of life in the Whittier Neighborhood.

The goal of this survey is to learn more about residents' concerns, attitudes, opinions, experiences, and needs. Your feedback will help guide future neighborhood goals, priorities, and improvement efforts.

You will also be invited to participate in a future neighborhood open house, where you'll have additional opportunities to share your ideas and engage with the planning process.
