White Rock Industrial Heritage Park

The Friends of White Rock are exploring appropriate options for the sustainable development of White Rock Industrial Heritage Park (White Rock) as a valuable recreation, heritage and environmental resource.

White Rock Industrial Heritage Park borders the east bank of the River Tawe adjacent to Pentrechwyth Road, Foxhole, Swansea and sits across the river from the Hafod Morfa Copper Works. If you would like to find out more about White Rock please visit the Friends of White Rock website.

To help us with our planning, it is important we understand residents’ aspirations for the future of White Rock and we would be grateful if you could complete the short questionnaire below by 14th April 2025 please. The survey should take approximately five minutes to complete. We set out below two photos of White Rock, one taken in 1997 (top) and another in 2014.

White Rock in 1997 and 2014

The project is at an early stage and any future work depends on funding and statutory approvals. If you have any questions or would like to receive project updates please email info@friendsofwhiterock.org.uk
