The Board of Trustees of the West Jefferson School District is conducting a search for the District’s next Superintendent. The Board requests your input regarding the qualifications you feel we need as a District for the ideal candidate.
The Superintendent is a leader with a high-level of education, ability to communicate well, and has a passion for helping students succeed. The position duties include, but are not limited to, budgeting, oversight of staff, knowledge of state and federal education laws, advancement of student achievement, and much more.
