2016-2017 Fee Study Survey

The City of West Covina is working with a consultant to conduct a study of the City’s user fee based services, which include building & engineering plan review and inspections, planning development review, and recreation classes and activities.  The consultant is working to establish the total City cost associated with each service, which includes staffing costs directly related to the service.  The final consultant report will show the actual cost to perform that service, which will be brought forward to the City Council with recommendations for each fee for their consideration.  The Finance Department will incorporate responses received from community members into these recommendations.

Staff has prepared the following survey to gain feedback from residents and businesses on the City’s current fees.
