3: Therapeutic weekend participation
4: After support by Navigators, private webinars, private Facebook support page.

Applications are accepted year round. You will be notified if you are selected several months prior to the start of the program. If your information changes, feel free to re-apply. Space and funding is limited and it may take a while to get accepted.

This is a free program. All support, webinars, and weekend expenses including travel and accommodations are provided for free of charge.

Survivors Overcoming Adversity Program is ideal for survivors who want to FLOURISH and have already done hard work to heal. It is for those who need a little boost in their healing, who want to develop supportive relationships with other survivors and mentors, and who are willing to work a little and love a lot. It is a combination of letting go, having fun and laughing, working hard on your inner self and being willing to work through your triggers.
  • The location for the weekend phase of the program varies but is always in a safe place. All volunteers, including survivor leaders and Navigators have been trauma trained. Medical and Crisis teams are onsite in case of emergencies.
  • If you are accepted, please note that you will receive a group email along with the other survivors in the program. If you need your information to remain private, please let us know ahead of time.
  • You will be provided with an individualized schedule of the sessions you choose. They are voluntary but you will be required to participate in the ALL group sessions.
While the application is long and extensive, it is to ensure that all attendees are ready for a therapeutic program. Healing is triggering and the safety of the survivors is our number one concern. The application is shared only with our Selection Team which consists of the Director, a Licensed Professional Counselor who is an expert in human trafficking, and three survivor leaders who have graduated from the program.
