The Club is not responsible for the loss of property of members or their guests, or for any damage or injuries sustained by them in or about the Clubhouse or grounds, unless caused by the negligence of the Club. All members recognize the risks involved in any athletic activity and hereby release and hold harmless the Weston Golf and Country Club and all of its officers and volunteers from any liability, claims and rights for damages or injuries growing out of relating to, or arising from participation in any Weston Golf and Country Club activity. The member introducing a guest shall, if required by the Board of Directors, fully indemnify the Club for any such claims made by or on behalf of such a guest.
