The City of St. Albert commits to lead by example and foster a welcoming culture ensuring that all residents and visitors:

·         feel respected;

·         feel safe;

·         can fully participate in community life; and

·         will benefit equitably from municipal resources.

Community Services is turning to the experiences of St. Albert residents to help assist in identifying barriers to inclusion. Barriers can make someone feel excluded or be excluded from any aspect of community life. Barriers may involve one or more of the Alberta Human Rights Commission Protected Grounds. See groups at risk of exclusion to learn more.

Our goal for survey is to learn about the experiences of our residents, identify barriers in our community and seek solutions to those barriers. The information and data collected will be summarized and posted online.All responses are anonymous.

The survey will run from August 1st to September 30th, 2019.
