Volunteer to Help Improve CalPERS Websites

We need your help! Periodically we conduct research studies in order to improve our CalPERS websites.

When there are openings for volunteers, we will contact you by email. We will ask you to do a few short tasks using a website. We will also ask you questions about your experience and perceptions of the website. You do not have to prepare for any of the tasks or questions beforehand, and you don’t have to be a computer expert either.
