NOMINATION FOR YOUR SCHOOL'S PTA VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR

Your PTA doesn't run without dedicated volunteers, and it's time to nominate your PTA's Volunteer of the Year! Your school's nominee will be among the honored guests at the Wake County PTA Council's "Night of Stars" reception on April 30th. Please complete this survey BY FEBRUARY 29 to nominate your PTA's star volunteer!

* 6. In a brief paragraph (no more than 5-6 sentences, or it won't fit on the award), tell us why your PTA has nominated this volunteer. Please include the ways this person makes your school a better place. These comments will be shared the night of the reception.

* 7. Last thing - Please send us a photo of your nominee. This photo will be displayed in a slideshow the night of the reception. If you have a photo of your nominee "caught in the act" of volunteering, even better!
