¯ Please note we will try to accommodate all bookings however do not guarantee that we can meet all requests, such as powered sites. We reserve the right to decline stall requests.

¯ Set up is from 2pm - 4pm and pack up from 8.15pm.

¯ It is the responsibility of stall holders to provide tables, gazebos or other relevant equipment.

¯ All stalls are required to provide this form and a copy of their $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance by Friday 22nd November 2019 to the Event Coordinator . (contact details below)

¯ Invoices will be issued from the Wauchope Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc and must be paid prior the event.
Once you have completed this form we will review your application and provide an acceptance email and payment details for your stall.

¯ All food stalls are required to provide evidence they are approved as a temporary food stall or mobile vendor with Port Macquarie Hastings Council.
