Plaque will be engraved with exact text below so please check everything carefully. You do not need to use all four lines. Keep in mind, the more characters you have, the smaller each letter will be.

* 6. Below are the terms you'll need to agree to in order to purchase a bench:

I am aware that bench locations are reviewed and approved by WB Parks.

I am aware that bench and plaque orders are accepted January through July 30. Orders placed after July 30 will be completed the following year.

I am aware that the donation amount for a new bench is $2,500 and includes the bench, plaque with inscription and all installation costs.

I understand the plaque verbiage must be appropriate for public display.

I am aware that payment must be received before an installation is processed.

I am aware that benches become property of WB Parks once they are installed. WB Parks will maintain the bench for up to 10 years. When the bench reaches its 10-year term, the donor will have the first right of refusal to purchase the replacement bench and have their plaque installed. If the donor doesn’t wish to purchase a new bench, they may pick up the plaque at no additional charge. WB Parks will hold the plaque for 3 months after the donor has been notified.
