Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan Counties Public Hospital District #6, dba Coulee Medical Center provides care to the greater Grand Coulee area, including portions of all four Counties included within its boundaries.
To ensure that Coulee Medical Center continues to meet the health needs of its District residents, it is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). A CHNA, required to be performed once every three years by every not-for-profit hospital nationwide, is a systematic process involving the community, to identify and analyze community health needs in order to prioritize and plan.
