Warwick Township Council has received a condition report on Centennial Hall in Watford which outlines over $525,000 in required improvements.  Council unanimously agrees that a community facility in Watford is necessary to support community life but wants to get input from the community on their needs and wants for a community facility before making a substantial investment in a community facility, however, your specific answers are anonymous.

Council has formed a sub-committee to help it get feedback from the community specifically on a) the public's needs and wants for a community facility and b) public fundraising commitments to support a new or retrofitted community facility; this online survey is one tool the sub-committee will be using to get this feedback.

By completing this survey, you will assist in informing Council's decision making process.  The results of this survey will be shared with Council and made publically available.
