Exhibition entries are to be delivered ready to hang / be exhibited to the Stables, Mudgee on Thursday, 18 May between 10.00am and 4.00pm. 

COLLECTION OF WORKS
Works can be collected Sunday, 21 May between 2.30pm and 4.00pm or Monday 22 May between 9.00am and 12.00pm midday.

NOTE: If your artwork exceeds the below size or weight limits please provide ready to hang photographs of your work to

3D works: No larger than 2m x 2m x 2m
All artworks must not exceed a weight limit of 40kgs.

Terms & Conditions:
  • All artwork in each category must demonstrate the re-use and recycling of waste.
  • Entrants will be notified of competition results through publication in the Mudgee Guardian and on Mid-Western Regional Council's website.
  • All entrants grant permission to the organisers to publish &/or broadcast the names and photographs of the finalists and the winners through print and electronic media.
  • Judges and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Judges decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Artworks and copyright remain the property of the entrant.

I certify that the above information is correct. I have read the terms and conditions above for the WASTE TO ART Competition and agree to participate according to the terms and conditions. I agree that my artwork may be photographed, used in promotional materials and displayed in any public exhibition held by the organisers as a result of the competition, and if eligible, in the Regional Exhibition and Competition planned for July 2017.
