We’re taking a phased approach with the Working Group meetings by convening three Working Groups now, and three others later in the year.  The Working Groups that will meet now include the Studies, Monitoring, and Data WG, Water Supply Needs WG, and Ecological Function WG.

The Administrative, Land Use, and Implementation Working Groups (Phase 2 Working Groups) will meet later in the summer.
