WINTER PRIDE 2021 FESTIVAL GUEST REGISTRATION

Welcome to Winter Pride 2021. We are excited that you want to join us for one of the world's most fabulous winter pride events, right here in New Zealand!

Winter Pride 2021 will be held from Friday 27th August until Sunday 5th of September in Queenstown and Central Otago.

If you are interested in becoming an Enabling Patron, then please complete the details below. This is how you will be able to then get access to all events across the festival.

Once you have registered, we will send you a link to pay for your Patron's Access - this is $60. You then get to add on a range of free access events and paid events - we will send you a unique link - and then you can start shopping.

ALL EVENTS ARE AVAILBALE STILL and previously sold out events are back on sale. You do not need to worry about missing out at this stage, however when you get your link to buy events, we suggest you do this promptly.

* 1. Before we get onto the registration, please confirm the following

I confirm that I understand that Winter Pride 2021 is subject to all Ministry of Health and other authorities guidelines or requests relating to COVID-19, and changes may occur outside of the control of Winter Pride festival organisers at any time.

I understand that, as a guest, I am responsible for upholding the health guidelines to keep us safe during COVID 19 alerts, and understand that these guidelines are subject to ongoing change and are outside of the control of Winter Pride festival organisers.

I understand that I won't be able to participate in any gatherings or events if I have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or if I need to be in isolation/quarantine for any reason according to Ministry of Health Guidelines

I understand that registrations are only open to people living in New Zealand and Australians or people who have confirmation that they will be able to return or travel to New Zealand until such time as confirmation of borders being open to other countries is in place.

* 2. Enabling Patron's Access (revolving door access only) plus add-ons.

The intention is for the Enabling Patron's Access to have revolving door access ONLY to non meal events, and the ability to buy add-on tickets should you want guaranteed access, on a pay per event basis.

If alert levels shift from Level 1 to 2 (or equivalent) Enabling Patron's will still have revolving door access to events, but only after priority has been given to MAXI, MINI, and Long Weekender Patron's subject to capacity.

I confirm that I understand that my selection of Winter Pride 2021 Patron's Level payment is non-refundable should there be any changes, alterations, or cancellations to the schedule of events including, but not limited to; capacity limitations, travel restrictions, alert level changes, Ministry of Health or any regulator requirements or requests related to COVID-19 and/or public health and safety.

I confirm that I understand that my selection of Winter Pride 2021 Patron's Level payment is non-refundable should I not be able to attend events including, but not limited to; schedule changes, capacity limitations, travel restrictions or disruption to my personal travel plans, alert level changes, Ministry of Health or any regulator requirements or requests related to COVID-19 and/or public health and safety.

I confirm that I understand that my selection of Winter Pride 2021 Patron's Level is non-transferrable, and that I may be requested to present my ID to get access to events, and that my ID must match the name on my Patron's Level registration.

I confirm that I understand that revolving door access (which means you can show up at any event and try to get in with no extra door charge), is given on a priority basis to Patron's in the following order after all registered bookings are redeemed: First MAXI, then MINI, then LONG WEEKENDER, then ENABLNG until capacity is reached.

I confirm that I understand that revolving door access does NOT give me guaranteed access to any events.

I confirm that I understand that revolving door access may NOT give me access to The Final Party, The MSM Underwear Party, The Gibbston Valley Long Lunch and other meal events depending on the conditions of my Patron's Level.

I confirm that I understand that events I confirm a booking for will have entry time restrictions and therefore, if I arrive after the specified time, I will not be guaranteed entry if capacity has been reached. I will be advised of entry time restrictions when I complete my event booking form.

I confirm that I understand that Winter Pride 2021 will use the email I have registered with to communicate with me regarding all Winter Pride activities including any event and schedule changes and booking confirmations, and that it is my responsibility to read and action all emails and requests.
