This short survey is open to any adult (18+) in any country who has migraine 1 or more days per month and who has had migraine for more than one year. If you are a parent of a teenager ages 16-17, please answer on their behalf. (Children 15 and under are not eligible for this survey.) Your personal information will remain anonymous and not be shared in the survey results.
