OCFP's CFPC Exam Preparation Workshop
The OCFP offers workshops for practice eligible candidates looking to challenge the CFPC’s certification exam with the intent of providing them with an opportunity to be oriented to the CFPC's certification exam, including an opportunity to practice 4 Simulated Office Orals (SOOs).
As such, we recruit resident volunteers to assist with the delivery of these workshops. We offer this workshop three times a year (February, June and August).
Past resident volunteers have indicated that the experience was very much worth their time and effort and that it provided them with valuable insight into the SOO component of the certification exam. So if you are looking for an opportunity to learn more about the SOO component of the certification exam and if you are interested in helping others better understand the exam process - please sign up. A travel stipend of $50 is offered as a token of appreciation for your time and support.
