Working with Minors
We run a variety of programs with minors (under the age of 18). In order to work with this age group, we follow the NU Policy on Programs Involving Minors. You will need to complete the following paperwork.

* 4. CORI
Updated policy on working with minors (as of Spring 2025) requires all students to be CORI'ed in order to work with minors. CORI's - a type of background check - are valid for three years.

Please note: do not begin the CORI process on your own. Once we have received this survey from you we will initiate the process from our end. You will receive an email from Creative Services to complete your CORI: please complete the information they request. When you get to the step about notarized/signatures, please come to our office (Stearns 301) to have Mary Howley sign your paperwork.
