EASE & EAVE survey

Hello! This survey relates to your voice and how you think your voice is functioning right now as a profiler or 'snapshot' of your physical voice status. We wish to further our understanding of vocal health across time and this study has been approved by Monash University HREC Approval CF11/0298 - 2011000103.   There are now two survey options: the EASE for singers & the EAVE for non-singing voice professionals—the one relevant to you will self-select according to your responses. All information will be de-identified and no individual follow-up will occur unless expressly requested.

We are keen to see how much your voice fluctuates so would be grateful if you could complete it a few times at different occasions (e.g., twice per day  and /or across a different time in a week). This will help us understand whether the voice fluctuates according to use or stays relatively stable.

Sincere thanks for taking the time to complete this survey.
Don't forget to press DONE when finished if you wish us to score your responses.
