*1.Singing experience(Required.)

Never sang before publicly.

In the shower, but I can hold a tune.

Informal, at birthday parties or with an impromptu small group.

I have been /I am part of a singing group

I am currently or have sung formally as part of a vocal ensemble /choir

*2.Harmony Skills - how would you rate yourself as a group/harmony singer(Required.)

BEGINNER - I have never sang harmony, like ever.

BASIC - Still getting the hang of it, I have sang pregiously.

INTERMEDIATE - Not my first rodeo, I am confident with harmony parts.

ADVANCED - Lots of experience, very profficient.

*3.Music Reading Skills - all are acceptable, we just need to know for planning purposes.(Required.)

BEGINNER - Completely new to reading music.

BASIC - I know the basics, and can use music as a rough guide.

INTERMEDIATE - I know how it works and can read music well.

ADVANCED - Proficient music reader.

*4.Solo Singing: How do you feel about singing on your own?(Required.)

Never in a million years!

I don't want to sing solo, at least not for now.

I would occasionally like to sing a solo.

Moderate regular solos please!
