The Community Foundation for Merseyside supports local grass-roots organisations and community groups to continue to carry out their essential, life-changing work.
Each year we produce a report called 'Vital Signs' to advise our supporters on where their donations are most needed across Merseyside.
This year, our report focuses on Children and Young People so, if you're aged 21 or below, we want you to share your thoughts on what's good, what's bad and what needs improving in Merseyside.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and all answers will be treated as confidential and anonymous.
