State Route 198 Interchange at Road 148 - Public Survey

Please submit responses by March 18, 2025.

Caltrans, in coordination with partners City of Visalia and Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG), is performing preliminary coordination and outreach for a future highway interchange along State Route 198 at Road 148. This exciting new interchange will enhance eastern Visalia connectivity for cars/trucks, bikers, runners, and walkers by connecting to a new 4-lane, north/south street that will be constructed concurrent to the interchange and serve as a multimodal facility. The engineering team wants your feedback for consideration through the preliminary efforts.
