Personnel from certain countries attending ECOC Exhibition 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark will require a visa. To support your official visa application, individuals will also require a letter of invitation from the ECOC organisers.

Please note that the processing of your invitation letter can take 7-10 days.

ECOC Management is not able to contact Embassies on behalf of any individual wishing to attend the ECOC Conference & Exhibition.
