Test Valley Borough Council is investing £3.5 million to transform Vigo Park with new facilities for families, park users and the wider community. Early ideas are now being developed for a new splash pad, an upgraded bowls clubhouse/community pavilion, a refreshment kiosk and improved public toilets.
We want to make sure these plans reflect what local people value most. This survey asks for your views on the proposed splash pad, the pavilion, community space, and how these facilities can work for residents of all ages throughout the year.
Your feedback will help shape the designs before a planning application is submitted later in 2026. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
