A Vera study of leadership readiness, human capability development, and organizational preparedness.
This survey is being conducted by Vera (HRIS&R LLC) as part of the Human Readiness for AI Study.
The purpose of this research is to better understand how leaders and organizations are preparing for the workforce changes created by artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Specifically, this study explores leadership readiness, the development of critical human capabilities, organizational investment priorities, and the factors that contribute to successful human-AI collaboration.
