Methdology: This survey will be distributed via a public link shared across multiple channels to encourage broad participation from research sites. Each response will be associated with a specific sponsor or CRO from which the site is actively receiving payments, enabling the capture of detailed, company-level experiences.
Following survey completion, aggregated and non-identifiable benchmark data will be shared with the broader industry to increase transparency and understanding of current payment practices. Sponsors and CROs will have the opportunity to request individualized reports showing how their performance compares to industry benchmarks and peer organizations.
Confidentiality: Responses will be used for quality improvement and reviewed for data analysis. All survey responses and findings will be anonymized and shared without identifying any site or contributor.
