Vedica Centre for Excellence: 'Women and the Workplace' Survey
Are you an urban woman? Do you know that while the number of urban educated women is increasing, their workforce participation continues to be on the decline?
The problem is that we know very little beyond that.
What is your story?
To make sound legislation and good policy, we need facts and data to catch the attention of decision makers. That’s why we are launching the ‘Women and the Workplace’ survey under the Vedica Centre for Excellence, so that we can tell your story better with the right numbers.
As an urban, educated woman, we urge you to participate in this survey, and encourage women in your networks too, as your inputs will be critical in understanding the present situation and what needs to change. Through this survey, we aim to collect and analyse data which will inform the future direction of interventions in this space. Over time, we hope to able to create more equitable workplaces.
