Please fill out the following information by the 20th of the month if you are not planning on swimming in the next month.  Suspensions/terminations that are received between the 21st and the end of the month will not be processed until after the start of the next month.  

Additionally, families that terminate their membership are responsible for settling their prorated volunteer hours at the time of their termination

Families that put their accounts on hold will not accumulate volunteer hours during that time, however, they will begin accruing upon return.

Lastly, should your suspension turn into a termination, you will be billed for your volunteer hours accumulated prior to that point if you do not make arrangments to work at a VAST hosted meet.
