VAL Annual Survey of Voluntary and Community Groups 2013 |
VAL Annual Survey of Voluntary and Community Groups 2013
It takes just 10 minutes to help us improve our services to you.
Dear colleague,
We are asking all voluntary and community sector (VCS) groups, big and small, to fill in this short questionnaire to help us to find out:
What we are doing well and what we can improve
What your relationship is like with local public sector agencies
Changes in your organisation over the past year
What you need support on in the future
We would like one survey completed per organisation or group - so you might need to liaise with colleagues, for example trustees, or your volunteer coordinator
The results of the survey will be used to shape VAL's services to you and also to make representations to public services and other decision-makers about the local VCS and its needs
Results from the survey will be analysed and reported anonymously and no quotes will be attributed to you without your permission.
For support, including information in other formats, please contact our helpline, 0116 257 5050, or helpline@valonline.org.uk
Best wishes
Becky Nixon
Deputy Chief Executive
