Valley Alliance to End Homelessness - Strategic Plan Community Feedback Questionnaire

The Valley Alliance to End Homelessness (VAEH), is seeking your anonymous feedback to help us develop a regional strategic plan for ending homelessness among those living in Eagle, Pitkin and Garfield Counties. VAEH is comprised of public and private organization leaders and decision-makers throughout the region who have committed to working together to end homelessness. VAEH is working to build a coordinated system of street outreach, emergency shelter, rapid re-housing, permanent supportive housing and support services that is accessible and responsive to the unique needs of the region.

Your responses will guide VAEH in developing a 3 – 5 year regional plan to end homelessness and strengthen housing security, ensuring accessible, available and appropriate housing for every person to be safely and sustainably housed. We thank you for your participation.
