About this study
This survey is part of an investigation into current and best practices regarding management and stewardship of user experience (UX) data in libraries. UX data may include (but is not limited to): survey data; web traffic data; interview transcripts; video and audio recordings; card sorting outputs; observational study notes; usability test notes and reports; photographs; etc.

We are open to any and all comments regarding your experiences with UX data management, stewardship, privacy, and security.

This is a great opportunity for you to help shape best practices for UX data stewardship in libraries and higher education. Data from this survey will be included in a peer-review article.

Survey results will inform:
  • A discussion of the current state of UX data stewardship and management
  • An evaluation of gaps in UX data stewardship and management
  • The creation of best practices
