About this survey:

United Way of 1000 Lakes is initiating a study to understand common needs and concerns that individuals in Itasca County and surrounding communities believe are important. This voluntary survey invites individuals to share their voices and concerns around basic needs, education, financial stability, and health. The information gathered will be used to: 
  • Inform short- and long-term recovery efforts
  • Fill gaps in services
  • Inform funding decisions

Results from this survey are anonymous and confidential, and congregate data from the survey will be shared with the community within the next year. We value your input and appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey.
