The purpose of the questionnaire is to better understand how certain people with neuropathic (neurogenic) bladder experience urinary symptoms and how these experiences affect daily life.

Before starting the questionnaire, we will ask you some questions to make sure you qualify to participate and gather some demographic information.

You have (or the person for whom you are responding to this questionnaire has) a neurogenic/neuropathic bladder AND uses intermittent catheterization for bladder management.
