HPAE Locals 5089 & 5094 Members’ Contract Survey: 2017 University Hospital Contract Negotiations

Our contract with University Hospital  expires on September 30, 2017. We are making preparations now to negotiate the best possible contract for our future. This survey is your opportunity to have your opinion heard during this process. Your input will be shared with our Negotiating Committee and will help guide your colleagues bargaining with the Hospital.

This is our second contract with   University Hospital since the dissolution of UMDNJ. Our last contract was a long, hard fight. There were many regressive proposals on the table from management—and we expect no different this time. It is more important than ever that we show management we are strong and united—a first step towards this is filling out this survey.

Winning a strong contract doesn’t just happen at the bargaining table. It takes the effort and participation of all of us to show that we are united for a fair contract and are willing to stand up to protect our rights and benefits.
