Thank you for participating in our student environmental sustainability survey. Your responses will be used to gauge the awareness, responsibility, and effort among the UNCW student body to make environmentally sustainable choices on a daily basis. Please answer all questions thoughtfully and honestly.

After completing the short 5-10 minute survey, you will have the option to enter yourself in a raffle for a prize package provided by UNCW Sustainability. The package includes a UNCW Sustainability t-shirt, a Klean Kanteen, and a $100.00 Amazon gift card!

Please keep in mind that environmental sustainability, hereafter referred to as “sustainability”, is defined as “to protect our natural environment, human and ecological health, while driving innovation and not compromising our way of life” (environmentalscience.org/sustainability).
