Your responses will be used to gauge the awareness, responsibility, and effort among the UNCW student body to make environmentally sustainable choices on a daily basis. Please answer all questions thoughtfully and honestly.

After completing the short 5-10 minute survey, you will have the option to enter yourself in a raffle for a prize package provided by UNCW Sustainability. The package includes a UNCW Sustainability t-shirt, a Klean Kanteen, and a $100.00 Amazon gift card!
