2026 Lifetime Achievement Excellence in Business Award Nomination Survey

Nominate a deserving business, including your own, for the 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award. The Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an individual for a lifetime of consistent contributions to their business, their chosen industry, and to their community. Their actions, achievements and contributions evoke admiration and respect. The nominee should have an exemplary community service record and successful business history. Their influence and contributions have made a tangible impact on the lives of those around them, their communities, and their place of business.

Award recipients will be chosen by an independent panel of judges. Finalists and recipients for all awards will be recognized at the Chamber’s Annual Awards Event in December. Previous award recipients are not eligible for nomination for the same award category for five years.
