Greetings north Omaha community members and arts stakeholders:

The Union for Contemporary art is a nonprofit arts organization that unites artists and the community to inspire positive social change. Our fifth year as an organization is proving to be an exciting period of growth as we expand our staff and programming and anticipate our move to the Blue Lion building (24th & Lake streets) this fall. We invite you to be a guiding voice in our development by participating in this survey.

This survey will take no more than 15 minutes to complete. It includes questions about your relationship to specific forms of art, your motivations for arts participation, and barriers that you might encounter. Your participation in this survey will play a vital role in shaping our programming and in helping us to achieve our goal to create deeper, more meaningful relationships with our neighbors.
