This survey is for parents affected by the ‘two-child limit’ policy which means you are not receiving tax credits or universal credit for a child born after April 6 2017.

We are working to understand the impact of this policy, and would like to ask you a few questions about how it is affecting you and your family.

This survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete. No information will be used that could identify anyone involved.

We may use the collective data and individual anonymised responses from this survey in publicly available outputs as part of CPAG’s work. This might include documents that go on our website, in our press and media work, on social media and other public outlets. An example of an anonymised quote would be "My child is missing out on school trips because of lack of money at home.” (Parent). Examples of our reports and outputs can be found on our website. All data will be collected and securely stored in line with our privacy policy which can be accessed here: cpag.org.uk/privacy-policy
