TIMES UNION GOLF SURVEY AND CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, complete the online entry form. The official online entry form appears at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/tugolfsurvey2010.
Entries must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, March 19. Entries must include contact information. Multiple entries by the same individual are not allowed. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. By entering the contest, you agree to receive occasional timesunion.com contest alert e-mails with information about contest results and upcoming contests.

PRIZE

We will randomly select four winners. Each winner will receive a foursome and carts at Burden Lake Country Club in Averill Park.

Following the selection, the prize packages will be available for pickup at the Times Union, Wolf and Albany-Shaker roads, Colonie. They will be held under the winners' names. If applicable, a 1099 form will be filed in conjunction with this prize award. The prize will be dispensed to the declared winner upon receipt of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/promotion release and confirmation of legal identification. In the event of noncompliance with this requirement, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

WHO CAN ENTER

This contest is open to anyone, with the exception of employees of the Times Union, the Hearst Corporation, its subsidiaries, advertising agencies and media companies, other participating contest sponsors or prize providers, Times Union delivery agents or dealers or their employees, the Times Union Center and members of the immediate family or household of any of the above.

WINNER SELECTION

Winner will be determined in a random drawing from all entries received during the official entry period. Winner will be contacted by telephone, and the winners will be announced online at timesunion.com/contests.

If we cannot contact a selected winner, an alternate winner will be chosen. By claiming a prize, winner consents to the Times Union's use of winner's name and likeness and prize information for any promotional purposes without further consideration or payment. Contest void where prohibited or restricted. The Times Union is not responsible for entries that are not received for any reason, including communications, service or power interruption or failure. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Decisions of the judges are final.
