The survey is divided into three sections: newcomer needs, service provider needs, and questions regarding TSLIP’s structure and effectiveness. It should take no more than 20 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous unless you indicate a willingness to be interviewed.

  • Newcomer Council - newcomers residing in Toronto South 
  • Working Groups – mainly front-line/middle management representatives of member agencies
