Triage Line Survey

We want to know your thoughts about the Royal Berkshire Hospital (RBH) triage line to help us understand the barriers to calling the hospital when you might be concerned. We want to understand how you describe your baby’s movements so we can reflect on the language used. We want to know where else you might turn to for support and why.

Your answers are anonymous and will shared with Royal Berkshire Foundation Trust to improve maternity services at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. The survey should take around 3 minutes to complete. You can skip any questions you wish, but the more you answer the more useful your survey responses will be.

This survey is being run by Royal Berkshire Maternity & Neonatal Voices, an independent NHS body run by parents and other service user representatives that works with the RBH to improve local maternity care and services.
