The survey and focus group are projects of Swords to Plowshares, a veteran service organization. We are conducting outreach to determine the needs of transgender service members in order to identify gaps in services, develop policy, raise public awareness, and advocate for improved veterans' services.

Results of the survey will be compiled with the focus group results in a report of recommendations for services and support for transgender veterans. Your answers will be kept confidential and any direct quotes will not contain any personal identifying information.
