Greater Santa Fe Trails - CRITERIA feedback

The Greater Santa Fe Recreation Partnership (GSFRP) Trails Working Group, which includes representatives of all main trail interests, will review trail projects prioritized during the April workshop and through this online survey. They will systematically apply criteria to further prioritize potential projects into a list of short, medium and longer-term potential projects.

Please provide input on which criteria you think are most important to consider in the trail project selection process. There are just 3 questions. Thank you!

* 3. The following is a list of the possible trail project selection criteria that the Trails Working Group will be using. Please check the 3 to 5 criteria you think are most important:

A. Has low impact to ecological, archeological or other resources

B. Has partnership interest and/or volunteer capacity (for construction or maintenance)

C. High user interest

D. Offers a connection of trails or trail system

E. Has low impact to private property

F. Offers access to a new area

G. Offers a variety of user experiences (multiple use trails)

H. Adds a new level of ease or difficulty to an area

I. Proximity to an existing trailhead

J. Offers a specific user experience (e.g., hiking only)

K. Offers access to recreational amenities (e.g., picnic areas)

L. Convenient access. Proximity to where people live, work, play
