The future of Recruitment Apprenticeships
The Employer panel, responsible for the Recruitment Apprenticeship (Trailblazers) have been working together to design apprenticeship standards for the Recruitment Industry in line with Government reforms.
Their objective is to design future apprenticeships that meet the needs of employers but at the same time, be easily understood by apprentices and training organisations.
The first phase of this development is the design of a Standard that encompasses the knowledge, skills and competencies required of an apprentice, but does not exceed two pages of written content. Therefore we have developed two Standards, one for the recruiter and one for the recruitment resourcer.
We would like to invite you to provide your feedback on the draft standards, and help influence and define the knowledge, competencies and behaviours required by the modern recruitment industry.
We have developed this survey to capture the views of a broad range of stakeholders, so that we can reflect your views when developing the standard.
This survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.
