WAIT LIST Traffic Reconstruction Course August 15-26, 2016
**THIS IS THE WAIT LIST FOR TRAFFIC CRASH RECONSTRUCTION**
This course is designed to enable a well-trained police officer to qualify as an expert and give expert testimony in a court of law relative to the causation factors in motor vehicle traffic crashes. Officers completing this course will be able to give expert testimony in the following areas: Derivation and origin of commonly used speed formulas; Speed of vehicles in a collision; The effect of weight shift in braking; Determination of direction of travel. The course includes extensive project work and controlled vehicle experiments. It is mandatory for officers to have completed the Vehicle Dynamics Course, or its equivalent.
