Important things to note: 
  • Your team will be invoiced by Cycling New Zealand Finance for the trade team affiliation fee following completion of this form.
2021 Affiliation fee: $250 inc. GST. 
  • Once submitted, your application will be pending approval of your Team Uniform/Kit & Team Logo. These can be submitted below, or alternatively email your kit design & team logo to membership@cyclingnewzealand.nz so that this can be reviewed by the Cycling New Zealand Technical Panel.
