Use this form to submit requests or suggestions to the TPIO Glossary Review Panel

This request form is for updating, adding, or deleting individual terms or definitions. If you have fewer than 5 updates to submit, please enter each one individually (fill out the form once for each term). However, if you have a batch of terms for which you would like to propose updates, please select the batch option below. You may also use this form to suggest rules and guidelines for the TPIO Glossary, to suggest improvements to the Change Control Process, or submit general comments or questions.

Single updates: I would like to request the addition or deletion of a single glossary term, or an update a single term or a definition. (if you have 4 or fewer updates, please make multiple form submissions using this option).

Batch updates and Glossary Stubs: I would like to request a batch of 5 or more changes to the TPIO Glossary (request a batch submission), or that a single term be broken out into it's own list (glossary stub).

New rules & process changes: I would like to suggest a glossary rule or guideline, or an improvement to the Glossary Change Control Process.

General comments/questions: I would like to submit a general suggestion or comment about the glossary, or pose a general question to the TPIO Glossary Review Panel.
