TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY RECRUITMENT AND STAFF SHORTAGES SURVEY
The Visit Agency is seeking to understand a representative view of the recruitment and staff shortages across the Island's tourism and hospitality businesses.
This survey contains 12 questions and will take approx. 5 minutes to complete. It would be helpful for the survey to be completed by a member of your organisation who is familiar with the current staff shortages and recruitment processes.
The closing date to complete this survey is 16th March 2022. The results of the survey will help the Agency to identify the immediate and longer term recruitment challenges of the sector and will help to guide the Agency in its considerations of support.
The results of the survey will be published anonymously on the visitisleofman.com/trade site by 18th March 2022 and comments and responses will not be attributed to businesses within the published results.
